This simulator study, designed and manufactured, is a training set of aircraft main flight control surfaces for aviation training given in training institutions and workshops. First of all, the original design, which was prepared in the form of a skeleton without the use of coating material, was prepared in the computer. Less material used for surface movements. It has been specially designed to be easily portable and all its mechanical parts have been tested on the computer. Parts of the simulator, whose technical drawings were taken, were manufactured in iron joinery and laser cutting workshops. The assembly process was carried out in a short time in the lathe workshop. When the manufacturing phase was completed, it was observed that all elements worked smoothly. In the cost calculation we made, it was seen that it was quite affordable compared to scrap planes. In terms of manufacturability, it can be assembled in a short time like 60 working hours with two people. Its easily detachable structure makes it easy to transport. Since the coating material is not used, all the movements of the aircraft's main flight control surfaces are clearly seen and these operations are easier to learn.
